Situated in an archipelago of floating islands, Tchan-Zâca is a thriving city. Currently, the archipelago is residing at the coordinates of 42 degrees South and 158 degrees East, drifting Eastwards.

The floating island is made primarily out of pumice stone and obsidian as a result of its volcanic origins. As the island’s fauna is extensive and unique, one of the more intriguing species to look out for are the giant tardigrades.

On this floating island exists the indigenous population of Cyclops. Little is known about these people, however scientists are working to understand more about them.

Tchan-Zâca’s political system operates upon the observation of a Fugu fish nest, located in a building 30 meters underneath the central lake.

One of the more singular and noteworthy characteristics of Tchan-Zâca is the natural sounds produced from its cliffs. When the wind is blowing in a certain direction, the cliffs function as organs and deliver 42 different notes that have inspired the Tchan-Zâcien alphabet.

Upon your visit you will be able to visit the Pataphysics campus, the cable-car that moves by avatar power, the cold lake located in the highest volcano, the hot lake located in the smallest volcano, and of course, the museums, art galleries, artist studios, concerts, and awe-inspiring cultural venues. Roger Haas is ArtMeta’s Co-Founder and CEO. In 2005 Roger founded Haas & Fischer Gallery in Zurich. The gallery represented compelling contemporary artists, including Jonthan Delachaux (ArtMeta's Artistic Director), Chitra Ganesh and Josh Callaghan. Haas & Fischer Gallery participated in the world’s leading art fairs, such as The Armory Show New York, FIAC Paris, Artissima Milano and MACO Mexico.

After 6 years, Roger decided that this traditional gallery model would not work for him any longer and started developing new formats for showing art. Roger produced web based documentary films and generated limited edition artwork series which complimented the film projects, creating a more immersive experience, which later led to the idea of creating an art metaverse.

In 2020, Roger was the acting director of Art Stations Foundation, an institution that runs Muzeum Susch, a contemporary art museum in Switzerland.
